A Perfect Getaway

My visit to the SkyPoint Observation Deck was high on my list of things to do, and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay than the Costa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the deck, and nestled in a tropical garden setting that made for a relaxing atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the friendly manager Gary, who went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and was very accommodating during my stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to enjoy my own meals in the comfort of my apartment, while the swimming pool and outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities offered a lovely way to unwind after a day of exploring.

we liked the standard apartment which was fully-equipped with a sofa bed. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. location: the hotel was near the beach and surfers paradise, restaurants n supermarkets and surfers paradise for a 3 nights stop-over.

A wonderful stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the mattress was super comfy. Gary and Helen were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Just a heads up, there’s no elevator!

Some minor touches were missing E.G. bed side lamp and I ran out of hot water on 2 occasions but everything else was fantastic!

The hotel is a great value for the money, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with public transport nearby and Surfers Paradise just a short walk away. The rooms are equipped with all the utensils you might need, including a couch for watching TV, and the breakfast is delicious.

Off the main streets. Only 4 blocks south from Surfers township, one block from seaside. One block from Thrifty's where I chose to leave their car. Reasonably quiet. Small complex, but with all the tourist brochures. Office Stayed Open to receive me late (8.30pm). No interference, and easy exit process.

Not a complaint, but was bemused that their superior one bedroom apartment was on the ground floor. This room was not amenable to leave doors, curtains open, because it was in a position where everyone walked passed close by, but on the other hand would be attractive to elderly, disabled access. As a superior room it was very well setup (all kitchen additions-dishwasher,full cutlery and crockery provisions, washing machine and dryer,cleaning equipment) but was quite small for a onebedroom apartment so that if I was a couple we would have been knocking into each other. On the other hand, it was very good for the price.

The location was excellent, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to the main attractions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room washing machine was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided us with helpful local recommendations. They even gave us discount vouchers for nearby restaurants. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great value stay in a fabulous location.
